It does more that a Motor Grader!
The Trail'GradeR is a pull type road grader, designed for gravel and dirt road or
driveway maintenance and repair.   The grader can be pulled behind a pickup truck,
SUV, car, or small tractor ( a four wheel drive towing vehicle is not essential for good
grader performance).  The
Trail'GradeR transforms from a hard working road
grader into a trailer in about a minute.   This feature makes transportation of the grader
to the job not an issue at all.  These features along with its affordable price make the
Trail'GradeR a very unique and practical machine to have.

The Trail’GradeR will make you feel good when it eliminates all of
your gravel road or parking lot problems.

Take control and do what the professionals do
  • Road graders are the primary machine used for new road construction and road
    maintenance.
  • Anything less is less.
Don’t compromise any longer.
  • You can now create a perfectly smooth driveway, road, or parking lot.
  • You’ll have no more potholes or standing water puddles.
  • Everyone will be amazed and pleased with your handiwork.
This configuration of extending a blade beyond the wheels of the tractor,in front or
back, can actually increase any imperfection in the road more with each attempt
to fix the original problem.
Figure 2
Figure 1
Road graders naturally have inherent leveling abilities.  Placing the blade
between a long wheel based front and rear axle will in effect reduce a wavy road
surface automatically with each consecutive pass.  See Figure 1.  When the front
wheels of the grader encounter a bump in the road, the blade is only lifted about
one-half the height, and when the front wheels come back down, the blade will
cut down the original bump.  The next pass will almost completely eliminate all
bumps.

Road graders have the ability to adjust their blades in angle, tilt, pitch, and
depth, which allows the operator the needed versatility to reshape the roadway
surface in any way
.

Tractors with box blades or rear-grading blades encounter problems
when they try to level a bumpy roadway
.   See Figure 2.   If a tractor with a
rear blade is grading a road, and the front wheels are lifted by a bump in the
road, the rear blade will dig down into the road.  When the rear wheel meets the
bump, the rear blade will lift above the road completely, leaving a pile of gravel.
The illustrations in Figure 3 clearly show how the Trail'GradeR's design
is similar to that of the motor grader
